An evident separation of the femoral head and the left acetabulum could be seen, using the right hip as a reference. Given the prognosis of the affection, the animal´s sacrifice was authorized. Then, the hip´s dislocation was confirmed and so was the level of tissue damage around the zone, because of the femoral head´s displacement in a head to back direction.
