It aims to delve into the motivation aspects present among the small and medium sized farmers from Angelópolis, Antioquia, Colombia, that were found in a first research work. The method used was qualitative. A semi-structured interview to a representative person from the initial sample (comprised of 26 producers from the avocado, trout and panela -unrefined cane sugar- associations) was made. The interview was recorded, transcribed and analyzed by means of a categorical matrix. The most relevant results show that the kind of relationship a person establishes with an organization could be the result of his/her own relational construction, in which motivation emerges as an object relation element that allows the satisfaction of his/her intra-psychic necessities.esCorporación Universitaria LasallistaFacultad de Ciencias Sociales y EducaciónPsicología organizacionalMotivación - PsicologíaIndustria agrícola¿Que éstan pescando? What are you fishing?O que estäo pescando?Article
