The contraception is one of the strategies used to prevent that scourge, so, it is necessary to ask about guidelines and standards to use contraception in adolescents. Materials and Methods: this is a documentary research. Results: the existing literature addresses this topic from the perspective of guaranteeing access to contraception by minors, with no other criterion than their autonomous decision; the same happens to the existing regulations in this regard. From the bioethics of protection other elements are identified that allow establishing the guidelines regarding the ethical assessment and the parameters that must be taken by the legislation. Conclusion: the contraception in minors needs special attention from a multifactorial approach and not only from the perspective of free access.esAcceso abiertoCorporación Universitaria LasallistaAnticonceptivosAdolescentes - SexualidadBioética - Aspectos sociológicosAnticoncepción en menores de edad: retos para el derecho desde la bioéticainfo:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAcces
