The complexity of the process of medical prescription ordering, along with other patient, suppliers and health system factors, are among the reasons that explain why the use of medicines in elder patients is frequently inappropriate. Objective: this research has the purpose of showing a framework type model, which delimits in the context of emerging cities, through which information systems allow improving attention points of the health services suppliers institutions, drastically reducing prescription’s errors. Materials and methods. NFC tags for the identification of patients, mobile devices to assignation and verification of medical prescriptions were used. Conclusion.
