Within the procedures to achieve a better understanding of the work and within the selection process carried out by the human management area, there is the induction, in order to make known to the new collaborators the most representative aspects of the company as Their functions, facilities of some venues, operating rules, social benefits and other generalities of the company. With the objective of contributing to the improvement of the internal communication and the induction of the Medellín headquarters, a communication plan is developed that contains information complementary to the process already established, making it an assertive strategy that allows the collaborators to obtain more knowledge Deep and precise.
