Universities are a especial place in which socialization processes among young people take place, particular experiences related to equity and acceptance of the differences they have, and these processes are worth an approach from the voices of the protagonists. Objectives. This article aims to show the analysis of the results obtained in the application of the questionnaire called “Attitudes of equity and active acceptance of differences” and in the focus groups complemented with the interactive technique of photo language. Materials and methods. The research work was performed under a mixed methodological design and following the indications of the unique case study method. Results. The results obtained demonstrate a significant distance between what young people consciously regard as “what it should be” and the daily “doing” manifested in their everyday relationships. Conclusions.
