| dc.description.resumen | The following undergraduate work describes the processes undertaken to improve communication and virtual media plan in Landers y CIA SA, running as much a principal diagnosis, which was divided into two parts: media communications and communications area in order to observe the current situation and to improve the shortcomings, ensuring the improve in the processes development.. Initially there is a presentation of the Company, this in order to contextualize the reader and pointing to effective communication. Then show the tools and methods used to collect information, which are the key tab to identify needs and improve processes. Lastly, is presented the improvements and new action plans to implement to strengthen communication processes within Landers y CIA S.A. | |
