| dc.description.abstract | Hydric resources must be organized in such a way that their use and management can be planned and the activities of the consumers can be oriented and regulated, to maintain and establish an adequate balance between the economic exploitation and the preservation of the physical and biotical structure of those resources. By this strategy, policies will be defined in order to organize hydric resources in the Metropolitan Area of the Aburrá Valley, keeping in mind the physical problems which affect water and solving the necessities of this resource for human, industrial, mining and services supply, among others. | en_US |
| dc.description.resumen | l ordenamiento del recurso hídrico tiene por objeto el planeamiento del uso y manejo de sus recursos y la orientación y regulación de las actividades de los usuarios, de manera que se consiga mantener o restablecer un adecuado equilibrio entre el aprovechamiento económico de tales recursos y la preservación de la estructura físico-biótica de dicho recurso.A través de esta estrategia, se definirán las políticas para el ordenamiento del recurso hídrico en el territorio metropolitano delValle de Aburrá, teniendo en cuenta los problemas físicos que afectan al recurso agua, con el objeto de atender las necesidades de abastecimiento humano, industrial, minero y de servicios, entre otros. | |
