Resumen
This article is divided into three parts: The first
one revises and analyzes the armed conflict and
governance concepts in Colombia. The second
reviews some of the most important investigations
in Colombia about violence and its effects on the
fundamental right of life. The third shows the main
conclusions derived from the research work, in
which the affectation of governance by the action
of the armed conflict and also the affectation
of fundamental rights can be remarked. At the
end, the concept of mutant governance is briefly
introduced.
