Resumen
In this Project some strengthenin comunicaction channels are evidenced through audiovisual proposals that generate greater impact and reach all employees of the company, in this case, the corporate intranet as a facilitator bridge of all stages of the project.
The sense of belonging labor inclusion and collective learning were proposals to strengthen the preparation of different audiovisual pieces by and for the employees.
Whit the commemoration of the 60th anniversary of Comfama, was used the positioning of Corporate Intranet getting 3400 employees in order to inform, educate and motivate their participation in the key issues of the organization, in accordance whit the strategic lines of the company.
