Abstract
The logistics area is one of the fundamental parts of any company, in this area depends on customer satisfaction, good storage and handling of products, as well as timely delivery with better cost redound with good brand positioning, a good corporate image and in turn ensuring timely deliveries.
Due to the strong competition that exists today in the market is necessary for companies seeking continuous improvement in its various production processes and logistics, is therefore the need to implement technology to reduce delivery times and offices, an optimization logistical internal processes to improve the flow of products.
Techniques such as time and motion, visual management implementation, 5 `s, including logistics processes allow to optimize times daily shipments and deliveries, reduce damage from mishandling of products, and in turn avoiding rework in the area production.
By having an organizational culture of continuous improvement, training and enrichment of skills and knowledge on the part of human resources, will be reflected in the optimization of the processes of reception, storage and offices.
