Abstract
This paper contains a whole collection of learning and work experience in a company such as PCA Food Producer and Distributor S.A.S. (Mimo´s brand), which has as main objective help to generate solutions and action plans with positive results and improvements for the company.
Notably, the planning area was created since July of 2013 in order to support the company in all the processes and create strategies through the accompaniment for production area that meets all established, thus improving service for products not delivered to customers, a very high goal of the company is generated by the client and for the good service to this.
This area will help a lot to the company to which all parts are in constant communication achieving effectiveness in each of the processes.
Thanks to all that the company will generate continuous improvement in the second half of 2013 and is expected to continue growing and not as a brand but as a group conboca pampering. Group consists of brands such as mimes, Kokorico, pasta Alfredo and brewery colon.
