Resumen
The company TM Codemaco S.A.S. in 2012 it was bought by the group Núcleos de Madera. In the restructuring of the Company has been the need to grow both personally and machinery (section saw), vehicles (truck), adjustments in outlets (locations) and office equipment. That is why it is important for the company's documentation and standardization of processes, delegating the responsibility of each process and their activities and the guidelines of the processes that describe the best way of doing things in order to minimize nonconformities both product and service for internal and external customers.
The company wants to document the processes of production and shipments since these two have shown more flaws, deploy formats to set a standard in the way the information or requirements of any application is submitted and delegate responsibilities for each activity, using techniques and tools that provides industrial engineering project based on a practice of a student to achieve Lasallista University Corporation
