Abstract
Practice Clinic held in Antioquia S.A. it has been a satisfactory experience and quite rewarding, which has filled me with learning, where they presented me great challenges to become a professional in Communication and Journalism, as I had to perform various activities in which I have shown my creativity , ability to interact with the different areas of the institution and of course to outsiders to solve and improve problems and situations that arise, both care and administrative level, I have continually learned to look for and meet the needs of our public target and improve the care and quality of the entity.
From my beginning in Clinical Antioquia S.A., on July 1, 2014 as an Apprentice in production stage, I was assigned duties as advertising and graphic materials for internal and external information; update changes in the institutional portfolio, adding it's mission, vision, current pictures and institutional video, promoting the, parties that were held for six months at the clinic also create content for the intranet and website training, activities the same as existing tools were in the state but little resorted for information.
And as degree work, it was decided together to make a communications plan, in which can be carried out good management of communication tools, which regularly exist news, data, information of interest to the public for are known and used at the same time they can be essential for the growth of the clinic and both employees and customers to feel protagonists of the entity and achieve better communication channels where information flows properly.
Throughout the following communications plan various strategies, tools and methodologies are generated to optimize information and communication in every area of Clinical Antioquia S.A.
