Este artículo de reflexión presenta elementos metodológicos para analizar, modelar y simular el efecto del
recurso hídrico en la producción de ganadería de leche
desde el enfoque del capital natural y las funciones ambientales. Se propone analizar una serie de variables a
la entrada y salida de un sistema, utilizando como so -
porte teórico la teoría general de sistemas. Al analizar
el sistema, se puede hacer una modelación matemática
de diagramas de bloques, los cuales permiten construir
un conjunto de ecuaciones. Con este conjunto de
ecuaciones se puede proyectar una simulación, al utilizar la investigación de operaciones como herramienta
de solución acerca de las funciones ambientales y el recurso hídrico en la producción de ganadería de leche.
Abstract This reflection article presents methodological elements to analyze, model and simulate the effect of water on the production of milk cattle from a natural capital and environmental functions focus. An analysis of some variables in the input and the output of a system is proposed, using the general systems theory as a theoretical basis. By this analysis, a mathematical model of blocks diagrams can be made, allowing the construction of a set of equations. With this set a simulation can be projected, by the use the operations research as a solution tool concerning the environmental functions and the water for milk cattle´s production.
