Resumen
Insects, in general, make up the biggest biomass on
hearth. Their body mass is made up by a high
percentage of proteins. The alimentary use of adult
or immature arthropods, especially from the insect
kind, is common in many regions of the world. Their
use by past generations has been important, due to
high costs and lack of raw material to produce food
concentrates, a necessity present among us
nowadays. Therefore, its use becomes very important
again.
