Resumen
We aim to analyze the influence that this biotechnology
has had from its introduction into our country,
Colombia, in fundamental aspects for the bovine
exploitation as the reproductive efficiency, the genetic
improvement, the technology transfer to the country
and the training of the producer, everything finally
reflected in the productivity and the profitability of the
cattle exploitations.
