years, currently affecting even young
people under 30 years. As a treatment,
mastectomy is used, which releases
variants in its procedure depending on
the case. The problem lies in the fact that
this procedure involves biomechanical
alterations. Objective of the present
work is to identify, through physical,
muscular and functional exploration, the
biomechanical alterations of the upper
train present in post-mastectomy patients.
Materials and methods of the present
work are clinical histories, Daniels
modifies muscle strength test. Postural
test, functional semiological tests, plumb,
grid and Microsoft Word and Excel. The
present research work is of a deductive
nature with a quantitative approach and
descriptive scope, of non-experimental
and transversal design. The population
universe evaluated corresponds to
80 women post mastectomy. Results
obtained show the presence of several
biomechanical alterations where the
scapular projection with 55% and the
instability of the shoulder valued by the
functional semiological test of the Groove
with a positive 60%, followed by scoliosis
and all the alterations she carries 53%.
Conclusion, it is evident the presence
of biomechanical alterations in postmastectomy women consistent with a
period of considerable immobilization,
which should be modified by performing a
