Abstract

From the Internal and Organizational Communication, is necessary to identify the activities of creation of content that performs the Direction of Communication within the Intranet Infox of Grupo Exito. Since the management of the use of this portal is not correct and not there is an optimal technical advice on the part of the area of I.T, it is that when those activites turn in another obligation for Communication Department. Therefore it is necessary to design a plan of government, that of a realistic look and perceptive to what is in itself a tool that supports all the internal information that should be known by all the partners of the Company. In addition to, destinate this space like a priority for have the satisfaction to do the things in a good way. Identify responsibilities of each area, for contribute to a collective construction of content for the benefit of the employer and can have recourse to Infox as the first source of information to confirm it that was offered.
