Resumen
The purpose of this research is focused on identifying trends and benefits of organic cultivation and consumption of plant products for the rural population of the municipality of Cisneros and Yolombó; for this, it is part of establishing the main changes observed by the rural population of these municipalities by implementing organic farming techniques of plant products; Similarly, the impact of the cultivation and consumption of organic plant products in the rural population is determined; and finally the benefits of cultivation, consumption and marketing of organic plant products are analyzed.
