Desarrollo Sostenible y Conservación de la Fauna en Norte de Santander

Abstract

Introduction: Not long ago in Colombia began the task of identifying and creating solutions that guarantee the protection of fauna or sentient beings; that is why both professionals and researchers have approached a high doctrinal study through which a new category towards animals is created and structured, but without ignoring the fundamental foundations of a social state of law. Objective: It was aimed at establishing a theoretical vision in the protection of wildlife. Materials and Methods: The state of art is a qualitative research methodology, where through an exhaustive analysis and interpretation of bibliographic information collected on the topics addressed, new perspectives were achieved in the relevant aspects of the research. Results: It is important to demonstrate, the regulations created for the environment, focuses on the protection of a collective right, which must be indisputably linked to a population, which shows that neither the environment nor its components, in this case wildlife, has autonomous rights worthy of protection. Conclusions: the new reality for these life-generating beings that gives rise to the promotion of the care and protection they deserve, since from the revised theoretical contributions, animals have that motor force that revitalizes the human being in addition to being essential for the environmen
