dc.description.resumenThis paper develops and illustrates the importance of a tool as a practical guide for information, which is assumed as a tool for presentation of the entity with diverse audiences of Zonal Business Development Center - Cedezo. In this sense, a conceptual framework supports this product to gauge the importance of this as part of management communication. This exercise involved the literature review and dialogue with people who ensured the product development.
