Resumen
This text introduces the tracing of the theoretical
records made for the PhD thesis “The Contemporary
Subject and The Mental Disturbance Problem:
Foucault, the Subjectivation Ways and the Soul´s
Pathos in Current Days”. The methodology is based
on a tracing of documents in bases and works
from PhD thesis works, mainly from Spain. This
tracing demonstrated that the works about the
relationship between Foucault, contemporaneity
and psychology are all related to subjects such
as power, the subject and the resistance. It was
also found, however, that the relationship between
Foucault and the psychological clinic has been
kept framed within anti psychiatric positions and it
is possible that the notions of Subjectivation forms
and Self-care can enrich the view of psychology in
the contemporaneity.
