In this paper are the theoretical foundations of communication, which are related to the objectives and to report on their compliance develops the methodology, results, analysis, findings and including recommendations in close connection with these purposes . The main focus was on the practice support team communication from Gestión de Servicios of the Municipio de Medellin in the management of service channels, and input and generating an adequate flow of information among its members. | |
