The creation of a model of internal communications for Servibarras is a project born from the need for organizations to find the most simple, direct and dynamic way to communicate to your audience inner content value which permit the permanent connection between the human resource the organization and in turn allowing positive effects on the daily life of the company, Servibarras currently going through a process called "transformation" which seeks to enrich and improve each and every one of the processes performed in day to day
The transformation Servibarras lives, needs to be known by his associates (employees) must be lived by them and should be reflected in each and every one of the projects, processes, policies and others. This requires that this process where strategy and study of a communication model is coupled to the current need to keep informed all its internal public in order to achieve an interface that allows all have the same horizon.
