These, along with the strengthening of citizenship competencies, make interdisciplinarity and social transformation practices feasible for an interdisciplinary dynamic exercise. Determine the efficiency of the means citizens have to access to justice, in the different notification ways, as a dynamic exercise of advertising and contradiction, by means of strategies that guarantee due process in terms of electronic devices. Materials and methods. To develop this topic the analytic-descriptive method I used, with a dialogical and interdisciplinary focus. This is due to the fact that the study of the issue integrates the dynamic social practice and the applied research to the law, by means of the analysis of contents and the description of the jurisprudential line taken as a base for the structure made to have a constitutional comprehension of the hermeneutical turns the jurisprudence and the doctrine on the subject have. There is a necessity to establish interdisciplinary spaces for the development of citizenship supported by a real action of the citizens and of the mechanisms that guarantee participation in democracy and representation contexts, under the mediation of technological and ICT scenarios.Item Centros de desarrollo empresarial zonal: experiencias significativas de desarrollo sostenible en Medellín(Corporación Universitaria Lasallista, Editorial Lasallista, 2016) Silvera Sarmiento, Astelio; Corredor Bustamante, Albert; Bermeo Duque, Haydeé; Ramírez Betancur, Carlos; Van Son, NadineThis article is made starting from the impact evaluation study of the CEDEZO program (Centros de desarrollo empresarial zonal, Zonal Entrepreneurial Development Centers). Objective.See the results and the prospection of the CEDEZO program in its first six years of functioning, and its role in getting over the 1990 ́s violence of Medellín. Materials and methods. A qualitative study in strategic prospective to training, speaking and advisory about entrepreneurial subjects, sensitization, inter-institutional management and intervention in neighborhoods was made with 552 participants. Results. The diagnosis made by public entities demonstrate deeper economic and social differences in the territories of the city, and also shows a population that grows in terms of economical dynamics, lack of employment opportunities, income and credits. That exclusion deepens informality, a structural Colombian problem, and increases the poverty levels. In 2002, 60% of the population was registered as living below the poverty line and an informality rate of 54,6%. Conclusions. It is necessary to propose a strategy that boosts the development and the strengthening of the competitive businesses to generate an entrepreneurship culture, the prospective and the entrepreneurial attitude among the citizens.Item Competencias del abogado en formación: didáctica, conocimientos y prospectiva de la formación(Corporación Universitaria Lasallista, 2015-08-24) Silvera Sarmiento, Astelio; Arboleda López, Adriana Patricia; Saker García, JanetIntroduction. Among the problems that affect the training of lawyers in the Colombian Caribbean are, on one hand, their articulation with the contextual dynamics and, on the other, the strengthening of the competencies and abilities students and professors must develop in order to ease the integration of the knowledge and the inter and transdisciplinary pedagogical practices. Objective. From this issue, this research work aims to analyze the influence of the pedagogical models on the Law programs and their influence on the professional development of lawyers, in order to give a new significance to the knowledge of such discipline by means of transdisciplinary practices. Materials and methods. This article is the result of a research work developed in Barranquilla, in the seven Law academic programs. Conclusion. Make a comparative analysis between neurosciences and the bio-psycho-social structure of the subject, with base on the competencies for the development of citizenship from the phenomenon of the incorporation within the environment.materials and methods. Deductive study from official sources and curricular structures from schools in the Barranquilla district, linked by means of a complex and interdisciplinary focus.Results. The consolidation of the eco-formative formation scenarios is an alternative to build a society capable to generate environments of recognition, social respect and environmental care, allowing the empowerment of a social-biological coincidence.Conclusion. A communitarian citizen practice with fundamental aspects from biology, complexity, education, respect for a sound environment and neuroscience is necessary, as these are crucial aspects for strengthening the interaction interdisciplinary knots between the subject and his/her biological environment.
