Resumen
This work aimed to identify and analyze the information systems in the municipalities of Caldas, Envigado, Itagüí, La Estrella and Sabaneta in order to identify their main weaknesses. To meet this end, indicators of the program “Como Vamos” were used to measure the changes in the quality of life of citizens. These indicators were demography, economic development and competitiveness, education, health, public space, environment, labor market, housing and utilities, mobility, citizen participation, poverty and inequality, and public safety. Due to all of this, a methodology for the efficient management of information was proposed.
