Abstract
This monograph wanted to describe the rubber waste good uses from the manufacturing process of rubber injection in Industrias CADI S.A., it explains the production causes and collects the necessary data to the project execution.
It makes an analysis of the environmental problems that brings bad waste disposal and as a result, it presents a justification with a description of the importance of the project development.
Subsequent to that, many test and proofs of different amount of materials where rubber wastes are found (synthetic and natural rubber), other types of dangerous waste (Contaminated bags) and not dangerous (muds) that make at the end a product that meets excellent results.
Finally the finished product is tested at the laboratory to estimate the real use and its prospective usages. The conclusions and recommendations are structured and based on the obtained test results.
Description
Este trabajo muestra las posibles alternativas de aprovechamiento de los residuos de colas de caucho provenientes del proceso de inyección de industrias CADI S.A., se explican las causas de generación y se presenta la información necesaria para la ejecución del proyecto. Se hace un análisis de los problemas ambientales que trae la mala disposición de estos residuos y se plantea la importancia de implementar este proyecto.
Posteriormente se realizan pruebas y ensayos con diferentes cantidades de materiales, en los que se encuentran además de las colas de caucho (natural y nitrilo), otro tipo de residuos peligrosos (bolsas contaminadas) y no peligrosos (lodos) con lo cual se obtiene al final un producto conforme con buenos resultados.
Finalmente se realizan pruebas de laboratorio para determinar en qué tipo de producto tendría más potencial de aprovechamiento. Y se estructuran las conclusiones y recomendaciones en base a los resultados obtenidos.
