At present operating conditioning in animals in captivity has become of great help every time with major frequency since it provides very good results , at the time of executing a collision with medical ends it helps to the approach of the animal with increasing facility since it diminishes the levels of stress that generates this type of procedure in turn it helps to diminish the stereotype behaviors that are seen in the sit- ins since they focus on its concentrations and on time, realizing the proposed challenges bring a series of benefits both for the animal and for the person in charge of its handling , this work will focus in the Bioparque Ukumari-Pereira using the operating conditioning with positive reinforcement for medical ends in two white rhinos ( ceratotherium simum ) in the Bioparque Ukumari-Pereira, in order to be able to put into effect the different procedures that are necessary during veterinary medicine practice as well as treatments, physical examination , rectal palpations , blood or urine sampling or liquids that are ordered at different times.
