Abstract
Communication is a fundamental process in any human process, which begin upon our birth. As infants and then as young human beings we begin to develop the skills to speak. As we progress, we acquire an understanding of how to speak and realize the importance that this process of human communication plays in our life. At some point we might become overwhelmed when we consider all the aspects necessary to succeed and that if it not for the simple process of human communication our success and perhaps our true intentions and deeds would not be known. As our success in life is not guaranteed, it is apparent that we must develop our ability to communicate in order to convey our thoughts, and our desire to be heard. Truly, our ability to express ourselves verbally is vital in all aspects of our daily life, and especially in our work or occupational setting as we strive to be an assertive communicator.
One of these aspects where communication is vital is with trade. This degree project aims to generate some assertive communication techniques that will enable us to establish useful commercial communication strategies, with a strong marketing mix, where our assertive communication and relational marketing methods are useful to advise our clients, Stop Jeans and Jeans Yoyo of zone 1, where we will develop their communication skills to use for sales strategies and improve their trade. Applying the proper communication techniques and sales strategy will ultimately strengthen the organizational culture, improve the purchase process and will translate into high levels of customer satisfaction and excitement in the market, thus, allowing our client to attract customers and thus achieve the objective of the business philosophy: "do not make sales, make customers".
