A reflection about the absence of international
cooperation as a very relevant actor in the
vision of science, technology and innovation in
Colombia for the 10 years to come is made,
according to the STI Conpes currently being
discussed for its final sanction and which will
define the routes and the scope for these
subjects in the medium term for Colombia.
