Resumen
The focus of the practice was aimed at creating a model of reproducible monitoring based on indicators developed for each project, which allows efficiently control all planned activities and proposed routes for technicians in the field, in order to evaluate the impact of each project in the community, efficient use of resources, producer affiliation with the technical assistance and resources from the Foundation the Five, in addition to streamlining internal audit processes. The model was a success for the foundation and five for governor of Antioquia as they managed to have a weekly field control of project progress and compliance indicators.
