Resumen
The present degree work, was aimed to restructure the transferring process of knowledge on innovation and knowledge management success program of “La Compañía Nacional de Chocolates S.A.S.” for the trainee in the area of innovation and knowledge management, by identifying strategies, that allowed the process improvement in the flow of innovative ideas and knowledge control management, with due preparation, documentation and control of the area indicators.
