Resumen

The central objective of this business plan was based, specifically, to develop a productive project for the creation of a producer of yogurt in the municipality of San Jacinto, in the department of Bolivar, for this, first, we analyzed the feasibility of mounting a yogurt manufacturing plant in the municipality of San Jacinto in the department of Bolivar, and second, we evaluated the financial viability of the distribution of the processing yogurts the Capiro in the city of Medellín; and finally, conducted a market analysis that allows evaluation of the potential of the product in the two cities were chosen as target markets. One of the main conclusions that could be reached in the development of the project is not viable access to the city of Medellín, because high freight costs in transport refrigeration and supply a small volume increase the cost the product and make it unprofitable for the business.
