Abstract
In the livestock enterprise is essential to take accounting entry and exit of inputs to meet the costs of milk production, based on the calculation of a liter of milk and as is being sold in order to determine the usefulness and profitability.
The purpose of this practice is focused on the calculation of the cost of producing a liter of milk from farm La Suiza, making known the producer, a suitable program for determining, by classifying those values embodied in an Excel template (cost fixed and variable costs); generating a tool for management decisions on the farm.
This template tells the producer liters produced and sold, the cost of production, sales price, fixed and variable costs, profit and profitability compared to the selling price.
It also aims to show the producer and affects the cost of production and profitability, when you have somatic cells above 200,000 ml.
