Abstract
Antioquia de Porcinos S.A.S with your brand Porcicarnes is a company that is dedicated to the production and marketing of pig meat of absolute confidence. At its plant in meat products are processed very high quality products, which have a great acceptance in the market.
This report details the work done to get understanding of the variables involved and achieve standardization of processes in the development of products, both at the stage of production and packaging operation, which results in the company , reduction in costs resulting from the losses and rework.
For this, the company is constantly working on improving their processes, where I participated in review activities in the area parameters of inlay, upgrade to file of packaging specifications, review and updating of percentage losses by heat treatment of products and support in each of the production stages.
