An integrated management system is a set of interconnected processes that share the same resources (people, material, infrastructure, information and finances) to achieve objectives related to the satisfaction of a wide variety of stakeholders. Objectives. This paper is a diagnosis of the current status of a tobacco plant concerning the fulfillment of the requisites demanded by norms ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and BASC 2012 of quality management, environmental care, work safety and health and processes control and safety, respectively.Materials and methods.A descriptive study of the different items covered in the norms is introduced, in order to determine what documents are available in the company. Results. The company does not have an either integrated or structured system. Therefore, an integrated quality, health and work safety, environment and physical safety system of the processes is proposed, creating a strategic platform and a documental structure that integrates the procedures, programs, forms and specific documents required for fulfilling each norm.Conclusion. In the moment the diagnosis of the tobacco plant started, it was observed that the company had not designed or implemented an integrated system based on the norms used. Therefore, it did not have the sequence and the interaction of its processes clearly identified and its activities were not structured having the PDCA cycle as a base.Despite the fact the tobacco plant did not have a management system, it did have clear objectives in terms of quality, environment, health and safety at work and physical safety. Besides, the quality area had the procedures, even though they were not integrated under a documental management system. Finally, some recommendations were proposed to the company concerning the implementation of the system, aiming to successfully implement it in the tobacco plant
