Abstract

A communication and relationship strategy can perform actions based on the analysis about the needs of any organization through its stakeholders, and also based on different communication tools to meet the goals that aim to properly inform to different audiences. Therefore, this paper is an approach to the implementation of a communication and relationship strategy to the EPM Water Business, which aims to strengthen relationships with the stakeholders throughout a good communication management.
