Throughout the process, it can be distinguished the great need that students have on the accompaniment of teachers on every step they take in the school, and the opportunity that represents for them to have someone within the school to guide them, not only in their academic formation but also in their growing as persons, as whole human beings. This paper puts forward La Salle’s proposal form its educational institutions to transform the school into a “place of salvation”, where teachers can find the necessary elements to give his life project the color it needs and to find in education the appropriate motivations to perform as individual. It is important that teacher recognizes that his work transcends the walls of a classroom; that his vocation fulfills when he does move his students’ hearts and transforms those minds full of noise and confusion into creativity and knowledge gardens. Prior to the institutional elements are the considered objectives, which look for a way to contribute in the training process developed with Clei 2 students from the mentioned educative institution. The Method use of the case study, This directly leads to open to the outlook of records from the international and national legal frame about education for deaf or adult students. After the legal frame, the pedagogical records provided tools for developing support strategies for the educative institution Concejo de Medellin, especially in the accompaniment of the hearing impaired students of the previously mentioned group. Then it is related the information recollection instruments, which highly contributed with meaningful elements at the time for searching the adequate strategy for the improvements of the training process. Throughout history, it has been found that the human being is a being that is formed and build himself, fruit of experience and relationships with others is built and has the ability to be open to experience new paradigms that contribute to their overall growth. This work had the purpose of interpret the way how influences popular music such as reggaeton, in the constitution of subjectivity in adolescents aged 15-16 years in the San José De La Salle School. Youth groups called "reggaeton" have a specific urban culture that makes certain "look", clothing, tattoos, religion, language and expressions; to transform collective imaginary especially juveniles who consciously or unconsciously listen to this genre.
